People Watch: Marana USD’s superintendent to retire

After 11 years in the Arizona district's top spot, Doug Wilson is stepping down June 30, 2020

The Marana Unified School District in Arizona has launched a national search for its next leader after Doug Wilson announced that he will retire at the end of the school year. He has been serving as superintendent for 11 years. Prior to this role, Wilson worked as a teacher, coach and school administrator for almost 40 years in Kansas, Colorado and suburban Phoenix. Read more.
