K-12 education panel to lawmakers: Increase annual spending to $527 million, not $300 million

Ralph Martire, executive director of the Center for Tax and Budget Accountability, is a voting member of the committee and urged for the finding’s passage. “I think these are real valuable elements for us to explore as a panel and create some findings going forward,” Martire said during Monday’s meeting.
