Atlanta school officials have confirmed that a shooting took place at Price Middle School Thursday in Georgia. School officials say two people were wounded in the shooting. One 14-year-old victim was rushed to the hospital after being shot in the head, the Associated Press reports. Police say they have two people in custody.

Authorities conducted a full investigation Thursday after a Denver-area public school received a bomb threat, according to KDVR.com. The threat was made against the Bruce Randolph School late Wednesday and police searched the campus, the report said. The school remained closed to allow for a full investigation.

Detroit Public Schools officials say two men who stole at least 38 computers from the district are now behind bars. A Detroit Public Schools police investigation, in conjunction with the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office, led to the arrests and guilty pleas from Cornelius Johnson and Lewis Raymond Buyck, alleged gang members who stole multiple computers from the school system.
