People Watch: Bill Fritcher moves on to another Illinois district

The Neoga school board in Illinois voted to hire Bill Fritcher to replace outgoing Superintendent Ben Johnson, who is moving on to lead the Benton Consolidated High School District, also in the state. Fritcher is currently the superintendent of Illinois’ Teutopolis School District. Read more.

The Dallastown Area school board in Pennsylvania has promoted Assistant Superintendent Joshua Doll to lead the district. Doll will succeed Ronald Dyer, who is retiring January 1, 2020. Read more.

The Brookfield Local school board in Ohio has named Toby Gibson superintendent. Currently serving as the district’s middle school principal, Gibson will replace Velina Jo Taylor, who is leaving to head up the Lakeview Local School District, also in the state. Read more.
