A state Senate proposal would increase the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission’s capital appropriations by $100 million to continue the construction and renovation of school buildings. And state money for charter school facilities would be upped to $250 per student. Read more.

It includes 28 new schools—either replacements for older facilities in the same locations or in approved alternate locations.
