AI Educator Summit: Essential AI Literacy Training

Kicking off the event, the AI Educator Summit will give educators essential AI literacy training designed to build confidence in integrating AI in the classroom. The immersive professional learning experience offers insight into the foundations of AI in teaching, showing how AI can enhance lesson planning, differentiation, communication, assessment and feedback, allowing teachers more time to focus on their students.

Participants will also explore strategies for handling cheating and plagiarism, ultimately teaching students ethical ways to use AI. The summit will also address additional ethical considerations and risk awareness, helping educators to minimize AI’s potential harms while maximizing its benefits.

Perhaps one of the most sought-after aspects of the summit surrounds prompt engineering, a skill necessary for educators to get the most out of AI. Attendees will develop effective prompting skills to generate AI-supported text and media to enhance their instruction.

The event will be led by:

Holly Clark, AI in Education Strategist — The Infused Classroom
