Construction Watch: New Jersey voters approve over $150 million in school construction spending

Voters approved eight of the nine school bond referendums in New Jersey this week, clearing the way for total spending of just under $164.4 million. Proposals getting the go-ahead include a building expansion, a new junior high school and a wide range of infrastructure improvements. Read more.

In other construction news:

The Alpine School District in Utah will finish a middle school and two elementary schools using funds from its $397 million bond from 2016. The remaining school projects on the bond are estimated to cost $80 million. Read more.
