Named Principal of the Year by the Association of Latino Administrators and Superintendents, Angel Rodriguez led Lyman Hall Elementary School in Hinesville, Ga., to graduating record numbers of EL students from language programs and being identified as gifted. The school now has one of the highest EL gifted percentages in Georgia and the nation.
