Eleven sets of twins graduated from a New Jersey high school this week, but surprisingly, that’s not a record for the school.

“We have a lot of twins here, I don’t know what’s going on here but something’s happening!” Joseph Occhino, principal of North Highlands High School told CNN.

Occhino said that of the 340 students in the Allendale school’s 2023 graduating class, 22 are twins, making up approximately 6% of the senior class. “We actually had 16 sets of twins (in) the graduating class of 2021,” Occhino said.
