The superintendent of Middletown Public Schools in Connecticut and finalist for DA’s 2025 Superintendent of the Year collaborates with his community on several initiatives, including the district’s strategic plan and its Portrait of a Global Citizen. The goal was to create plans that reflect the collective aspirations of the students, parents, educators and community members.
