Prodigy Users Gain 7–10 More Points And 3–5% More Meet or Exceeded Expectations on CAASPP

Math achievement remains a key priority as districts look to accelerate learning and strengthen foundational skills.  Driving informed, data-based decisions requires evidence of tool efficacy. 

In this retrospective analysis, California students in grades 3–5 who used Prodigy throughout the 2018–19 school year improved 7–10 points more on the CAASPP math assessment than non-users. Additionally, 3–5% more students in Prodigy schools met or exceeded math standards compared to their peers.
