The Fairview School Board on Monday tabled action on a separation agreement with schools Superintendent Erik Kincade.
“Due to changing circumstances and on the advice of our solicitor, we’ve decided to table that motion to a later date,” board President Jim Lyons said at the beginning of the board’s Monday night committee-of-the-whole meeting.
The meeting followed a 5:30 p.m. executive session held “for the purpose of discussing a personnel matter involving the superintendent, specifically the separation agreement,” Lyons said.
