Des Moines superintendent did not receive the doctoral degree he frequently claimed

A Morgan State University spokesperson confirmed the Des Moines superintendent did not earn a doctoral degree. Ian Roberts attended the school from 2002 to 2007 but did not complete the program in urban educational leadership.
