Pete Paciorek
Pete Paciorek is the head of leadership & character development at IMG Academy. He is passionate about positive youth development through supporting student-athletes, educators, coaches and parents in effective long-term pedagogy to cultivate the thriving of youth. Paciorek has been a youth educator for more than 25 years. As a previous professional baseball player for a decade (Los Angeles Dodgers and San Diego Padres organizations), he loves working with and empowering young student-athletes. He is an author of the book Teachable Moments and is the founder of the nonprofit organization Character Loves Company, Inc. Paciorek earned his EdD in character education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
