Schools were closed Tuesday and Wednesday, and officials said they could be closed longer for the safety of students. That's because the district can't access student health records and transportation and food-related information.

When a school introduces a new schedule, policy, program or communication process, leaders often focus on the decision itself, while families tend to experience that decision through the messages surrounding it.

Addressing basic needs by offering a host of services to all students and families is a priority that boosts attendance at Scholarship Prep South Bay.
