Long-time superintendent and K12 thought leader Quintin Shepherd recently took the helm at Pflugerville Independent School District in Texas after having led Victoria ISD since 2018. He has also served as superintendent of Lin Mar Community Schools in Iowa and at two districts in Illinois. He is a regular contributor to the DALI Insider newsletter.
