Come speak at LRP’s 43rd National Institute®

LRP Publications invites you to submit a proposal to present at the 43rd Annual National Institute® on Legal Issues of Educating Individuals with Disabilities, which will be April 24-27, 2022, at the Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville, Ky.

The deadline for proposals is July 19, 2021.

State special education directors, Section 504 coordinators, school and parent attorneys, superintendents, school principals, school psychologists, social workers, special education teachers, paraprofessionals, state agency personnel, education specialists, charter school administrators, mediators, hearing officers, and family advocates attend the National Institute® to learn about evidence-based research, case law, and new guidance that will help serve students with disabilities.

The conference agenda is comprised of nationally recognized speakers, who explain how to convert legal mandates into best practices. Presentations should promote discussion of special education laws, highlight current challenges, and provide proven practices for compliance. Specific strategies for improvement, innovative approaches, best practices, and discussions of specific disabilities are all topics of interest to the conference’s audience.
