Applications for District Administration’s Top EdTech Products Awards are now live. Here’s what we’re looking for.

DA is searching for the 20 most innovative, impactful and forward-thinking edtech solutions of the year, including startups. Winners will earn a spotlight at next year’s Future of Education Technology Conference, a digital badge, a marketing toolkit and inclusion in FETC conference promotions.

How to apply

To apply online, click this link. Upon submitting, our editorial and conference teams will review submissions and shortlist 30-40 standout applicants.

Shortlisted companies will be invited to submit a five-minute video demo focusing on the product in action. From there, the 20 winners will be chosen and announced in November.

Company fees and categories

Startups: Less than two years old; less than $1 million in revenue; must have a working website. Entry fee is $149.

Midsize/Large Companies: Up to $50 million in revenue (midsize); More than $50 million in revenue (large). Entry fee is $199.

Qualifications

To be considered, your product must be generally available by September 2026, developed or updated in the past year and serve the K12 education market.

Applicants have until Oct. 9, 2026, at 11:59 EST to apply. Only selected companies will be notified on or around Nov. 1, 2026.

Earlier this year, District Administration evaluated more than 115 submissions, with input from a panel of superintendents, industry experts and analysts, to identify the 15 most innovative edtech products across 10 categories.
