Five employees of Palm Beach Central High School are facing charges of failing to report child abuse.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that Principal Darren Edgecome, choir director Scott Houchins, assistant principals Nereyda Garcia and Daniel Snider and school behavior therapist Priscilla Carter were arrested Monday and are now in the Palm Beach County Jail.

Probable cause affidavits for the staff members individually state that they failed to report “lewd and lascivious molestation of a 15-year-old girl.”
