Determine every test required by the federal government, the state, the district, and at the building level.

Tally how much time each test requires in terms of preparation, the test itself, and grading.

Eliminate redundant standardized exams required by the district or individual schools.

Look to model districts like Vancouver Public Schools that have eliminated tests.
