DERRY, N.H. – Aug. 28, 2020 – In recent years, coding competitions have gained in popularity as a great way for young coders to apply what they know in a fun context and improve their analytical and problem-solving skills. By entering coding competitions, today’s students can get that real-world experience of coding to solve a problem or hone their coding skills.

On Sept. 2, CoderZ is hosting a one-hour webinar for upper elementary, middle and high school educators interested in boosting excitement for STEAM learning this Fall.

Attendees will learn about the ground-breaking, virtual robotics competition — CoderZ League (https://coderzleague.com/learn-more). Formerly known as Cyber Robotics Coding Competition (CRCC), the newly revamped virtual competition is a way to let students of all levels join in the excitement of learning about coding while programming their very own virtual robot.

Attendees to the webinar will also learn:

– More about the upcoming competition, including an exclusive first look at the new games and challenges.

– Why educators from around the world are registering their schools, clubs, and classes – including former CRCC participants who will share their experiences and how the competitions impacted student outcomes.

– What you can do to get started.

“At CoderZ, we believe that competitive coding can be used to help encourage the next generation of coders to combine skills, collaboration, and creativity to produce things that can make a real difference in the world,” said Ido Yerushalmi, CEO of CoderZ.

There is no cost to join the webinar, but registration is required. For more information go to: https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/8114472088317666318?source=PR
