Permanent superintendent chosen for Kansas district
Following an executive session at their Tuesday meeting, the Salina School Board unanimously voted to offer interim superintendent Linn Exline a permanent contract, thus dropping the “interim” from her title.
Exline’s contract as superintendent was approved through 2022, according to a news release Tuesday from USD 305.
After a statewide superintendent search commenced earlier this year to replace former interim superintendent James Hardy, Exline, a former principal of Salina South High School, was offered an interim contract by the board. She began her duties on July 1.
