People Watch: California’s Esparato USD school superintendent leaving for Hollister

Esparto USD’s superintendent of schools, Diego Ochoa, has given his resignation to accept a similar position in Hollister in California. He also worked previously at Sweetwater School District, Antelope Valley and San Diego USD. Read more.

Lafayette Parish School Superintendent Donald Aguillard is retiring. He was appointed superintendent of the Louisiana district in May 2015. Aguillard had served previously as superintendent of St. Mary Parish Schools. Read more.

The Seneca Falls, New York, school district has picked Jeramy Clingerman to be its new superintendent. He has been at the helm of the Marcus Whitman school district since 2013. Clingerman will replace retiring Superintendent Bob McKeveny, who has been a Seneca Falls school district administrator for 27 years and superintendent since 2008. Read more.
