FETC 2020 to feature Mobile MegaShare event

The collaborative forum will explore current research and professional practices for integrating mobile and digital technology into education

Among the more than 600 learning opportunities at the conference, FETC 2020 in Miami will feature a Mobile MegaShare event, a collaborative forum focused on mobile learning technology.

Learning enhanced with mobile and digital tools has exploded around the globe. No one person, school, district or organization knows everything in this rapidly emerging field.

On Tuesday, January 14, the Mobile MegaShare event will bring together educators, ed tech solution providers and mobile learning experts in four 45-minute collaborative, hands-on sessions to discuss current research and best practices to make effective use of existing and emerging digital tools and resources in support of student learning. Experts will facilitate collaborative hands-on sessions that will rotate so that participants can discuss the topics they find most interesting.

The session will feature a panel of educators and technology experts, led by ed tech innovator, educator and former administrator Susan Wells, who is also the founder and CEO of TechTerra Education, which works with school districts globally, with a focus on STEM, STEAM, and makerspaces.
