The Here Comes the Bus' more affordable Lite version will be available later this year. Designed to serve smaller school districts that normally don't invest in smart school bus fleet technology. it provides real-time tracking info as well as e-mails and push notifications to connect parents and students with their bus.
New green screens designed to unleash creativity
The new line of mobile green screens is designed for content creators to capture, edit and produce content seamlessly. In addition, Valera Screens has a program to encourage artistic freedom and creativity in the classroom by partnering with K12 schools to provide free green screens.
Providing access to digital resources in Ohio
Libraries Connect Ohio (LCO) has partnered with Gale, a Cengage company, to provide more than 2,500 school, academic and public libraries throughout Ohio with free access to Gale digital resources through LCO and its partners, OhioLINK, OPLIN and InfOhio.
STEAM education organizations combine forces
LA Makerspace and Imagination.org have merged with Two Bit Circus Foundation to unify their STEAM education efforts. Two Bit Circus Foundation currently operates in nearly half the schools of LAUSD while LA Makerspace has makerspace STEAM labs in 167 partner library branches.
