ProctorU announced that students will be able to take the Google Cloud G Suite certification exam from their classroom with online proctored delivery. A facilitator can now register and schedule a group of students together as well as allow test-takers to be proctored simultaneously from one location.

The LEGO Foundation and LEGO Group are supporting a project that will help blind and visually impaired children learn Braille. The customized LEGO Braille Bricks will be molded with the same number of studs used for individual letters and numbers in the Braille alphabet, while remaining compatible with the LEGO System in Play.

School districts chosen to pilot Michigan data collection project
Merit Network, in partnership with Michigan State University’s Quello Center and Measurement Lab, is addressing the digital divide in Michigan with access and availability data collection, and infrastructure investment and societal impact investigation and education. Three districts will pilot the Michigan Moonshot broadband data collection project.
School solar project slated for completion in Minnesota
New Energy Equity, Region Five Development Commission and Rural Renewable Energy Alliance have partnered to develop six solar arrays for Pine River-Backus and Pequot Lakes school districts, and Central Lakes College. These three projects will reduce each school's carbon footprint by 1,420 metric tons of C02.
