Director of Security/Chief Investigator for Newark Public Schools, Newark, NJ. Mr. Freeman is a frequent speaker and consultant on the issue of school security and safety. Mr. Freeman serves on the School Security Officials Committee for the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Safe and Drug-Free Schools.
