SchoolReach, a leader in desktop and mobile school notification systems, recently released an updated version of its SchoolReach mobile app.

“We’re pleased to announce that our latest mobile app features are now available for both Apple and Android devices,” said Joe Palacios, CEO and co-founder of SchoolReach. “Based on current market share statistics, we can project that more than 90% of our school administrator users with smartphones now have access to these powerful features.” The updated apps feature SchoolReach MultiCast™, which allows school leaders to send voice, text, and e-mail messages in a single message broadcast, and broadcast delivery reporting for all message types.

SchoolReach MultiCast makes multimodal parent messaging simple by giving users control over which types of messages should be sent and providing a simple interface and user experience.

The SchoolReach apps also offer broadcast delivery reporting capabilities. Users can see full delivery results for their broadcasts of each message type, just as they would if viewing the SchoolReach interface on a desktop computer, and can view statistics for broadcasts by type of broadcast sent.

“Our users love the SchoolReach mobile app because they can use it to send a message broadcast when away from the office,” said Mr. Palacios. “With our MultiCast feature, clients can send a multimodal broadcast with ease. We encourage everyone to download the latest version of the SchoolReach app.”
