Louisiana plans to pay Arkansas school to take students

Louisiana officials plan to pay an Arkansas school to continue accepting Louisiana students.

The state Board of Elementary and Secondary Education has approved plans for up to 100 students in Claiborne Parish to attend school in Junction City, Ark, The Advocate reports.

State aid of up to $700,000 will be routed through a charter school in Delhi, La.
